By making a contribution to the government National Transformation Fund(NTF) or investing in the real estate projects approved by the government, the applicants are eligible to obtain Citizenship in Grenada. This programme was launched in 2013, it attracts high-net-worth investors from all over the world who is looking to increase their family’s global mobility, and obtain the second citizenship for security in Grenada.
 
The Grenada government is allowed to grant citizenship to persons who are qualified under certain criteria and policy guidelines, and are able to boost the economic in Grenada.

Investment Options

To obtain citizenship in Malta, you need to satisfy following investment requirements:

1. A one-off contribution to the Economic Development Fund starting from €600,000. 

2. Purchasing a residential property with a minimum value of €700,000 /renting a residential real estate for 5 years with a minimum annual rent of €16,000. 
 
3. Make a contribution of  €10,000 to Maltese charities.
